Here are some charming photos of Akita dogs we received from their owners. This month, the heartwarming dogs, each with their unique personality, are seen at visiting sights.
Kintaro (two-year-old male)
“We visited a park in Morioka City to see a water fountain. Kintaro was scared by the fountain and wanted to leave. In a sense, he has a timid personality, which belies his brave appearance.” (Tomoki Matsue – Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture)
Moko (twelve-year-old female) *Aged six when photographed
“I took this picture during a long walk to Horyuji Temple. Moko is nearly twelve now, and walking that far has become difficult for her. It’s a cherished memory for us.” (Nanami Tokunaga – Ikaruga-Cho, Nara Prefecture)
