On May 3, the 149th Headquarters Exhibition of the Akita Dog Preservation Society in Odate City, Akita Prefecture, was held at Katsurajo Park in Odate for the first time in two years. Exhibitors showcased the distinctive qualities of their carefully raised Akita dogs while fans enjoyed mingling around the venue.
